Refund policy

If you wish to request a return, please follow the instructions below.

Return Procedure

1. Include inside the package:

  • The receipt with the order number, clearly marking “RETURN” next to the items you wish to send back;
  • Items must be intact, unused, unwashed, and free from stains or signs of wear.

2. Ship the package to the following address:

You are free to choose your preferred courier.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend using a tracked shipping service to monitor the parcel and avoid any issues during transit.

Timing
The package must be delivered to our facility within 28 days of receiving your order.
Once the items have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, please send an email to servizioclienti@risalti.it with the subject: “Refund details order [order number]”.

Please include in your message:

  • Order number
  • Returned items
  • IBAN code

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, please send an email to: servizioclienti@risalti.it
Subject: “EXCHANGE”

In your message include:

  • Order number
  • Items to be exchanged
  • Desired size and/or color

Note: exchanges are only available for the same item (same reference), with changes limited to size or color only (at the same price).
