Shipping policy
All orders, both within Italy and internationally, are processed and shipped within one working day.
Italy
Delivery takes place within 2–3 working days from shipment via GLS courier, at a cost of €8. Shipping is free for orders over €69.90.
Please note that during December and January, delivery times may be extended.
International Shipping
Delivery takes place within 4–5 working days from shipment via UPS courier, with shipping costs starting from €15, depending on the destination country.
These timelines apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders completed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Delays may occur during holidays, company closures, and weekends.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Customers are advised to monitor the shipment for any delivery issues or courier notifications.
We ship worldwide, including Italy, Europe, and non-EU countries. For non-EU shipments, a tax code is required for invoice issuance.
Invoices must be requested at the time of purchase. The details provided cannot be modified after issuance.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. In case of incorrect details, customers should promptly contact customer service at servizioclienti@risalti.it, providing the order number and the correct address.
Delivery is considered completed upon receipt of the goods. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.
Before confirming the order, customers can review the summary, including the total amount and any additional charges.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, the customer must verify:
- Number of packages
- Integrity of the packaging
Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier, indicating “accepted with reservation”.
Failed Delivery & Storage
After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be held at the courier’s facility. If not collected within 5 working days, the order will be canceled. Shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.
Multiple Orders
Items within the same order will be delivered together.
Delivery Delays
In case of delays, a new delivery date will be communicated. If delivery exceeds the agreed timeframe, the customer is entitled to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
Delivery is carried out via express courier according to the rates indicated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for checking the goods upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately.
