A – General Information

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products available on the website www.risalti.it, owned by:

The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time by publishing them on the website. Any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the non-acceptance of an order, even partially, is excluded.

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

B – Purchasing Process

Purchases are made through registration on risalti.it. Only products available at the time of browsing may be purchased.

risalti.it reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

Once selected, products can be added to the cart and purchased after verifying all order details.

Order confirmation will be sent via email once availability has been verified.

The Customer may cancel the order until it has been processed for shipment.

Invoicing

Invoices must be requested at the time of purchase by entering billing details in the order notes.
It will not be possible to issue invoices afterward.

C – Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon order confirmation.
By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.

D – Payment Methods

E – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within one working day.

Italy: delivery within 2–3 working days (GLS) – €8, free over €69.90
International: delivery within 4–5 working days (UPS) – from €15

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

Customers must check package integrity and number of parcels upon delivery and report any issues with “accepted with reservation”.

F – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days to:

G – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned within 28 days if:

• unused
• with original tags
• in perfect condition

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

H – Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

I – Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR 679/2016.

L – Applicable Law

The contract is governed by Italian law.
Jurisdiction:

• consumers → place of residence
• others → Court of Mantova

EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

These terms may be updated at any time and become effective upon publication on the website.
